	Workshop on Team Building The workshop was conducted by Prof. Pisal It included various team building activities and exercises. This workshop really helped students and importance of team building was highlighted.
	Study Group Muktangan visit by students of human resource specialization.

Professional & Leadership Development Activities for Students / Entreprenuership Development

The institute train the students to enhance their leadership qualities and excel them professionally by organizing different activities like mentioned below.

	Personality Development Programme Through this program the overall personality of the student is improved. This program helps them to groom in all respect. They are taught about soft skills, ettiquets, public speaking, dressing sense, initiating dialogues, telephone manners, table manners etc. For the same they are shown demo CD’s available in the library.
	Communication Skills Development Programme This is the most important skill helps students in expressing their thoughts. Different interactive sessions are arranged in the time table itself which will help every student to participate in discussion.
	Interview Techniques Development Programme Placement officer at IMR Mr. Gaikwad looks after training the students on interview techniques. Techniques to thumbnail the performance in interview.
	Best Manager Every year in our annual event ZEAL, this competition is organized by the students. A “role play” where the situation is given to the students from day to day corporate work culture & students are asked to take decision .The students from other institutes also participate in the event.
	Debating Competition Debates are arranged in house in interactive session on different topics like

	Nuclear Deal Will IT transform India?		Who was better leader gabbar singh or thakur?
	SEZ Intellectual capital or Educational capital?		Reliance saga etc.

	Workshop on Self Development The workshop was conducted by Bal Govind Das which stressed the importance of stress free life.
	Workshop on Business Etiquettes The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Devika Shetty which emphasized the importance of business etiquettes for impressive personality.
	Classes on “Brahma Vidya” Self realization is very important and art of Now a days Meditation and yoga is very important so, workshop was conducted to teach Brahma Vidya where meditation and pranayam exercises were performed
	Guest Lectures Lectures On Managerial roles, Personality development.
	Union Budget These lectures helped students to get acquainted with various management related subjects.
	Business Quiz Business quiz was conducted during intra Zeal . Quiz had various rounds which involved Management and Business issues.
	Business Game Parallel business structure was created by Students as a part of business game which had Various activities of project preparation, product Promotion, IQ and business intelligence testing.
	Paper Presentation Competition Presentation skills are very important and to Showcase it paper presentation competition held with variety of management related issues.
	Seminar on SEZ Eminent speakers talked about their views on “Impact of SEZ” in a full day seminar. The seminar highlighted pros and cons on the subject.

All the above events were coordinated and implemented by students under the able guidance of faculty members. The activities like interaction with guests, escorting them, arrangements for the same, introduction of guests, snacks and lunch arrangements ,vote of thanks all such activities were performed by active participation from students. This experience helps students to inculcate leadership skills.
